Making damn good beer that my wife can enjoy with her gluten reduced diet has been one of my greatest joys. All of our beers are brewed with grains but we reduce the gluten to less than 10 parts per billion with Clarity Ferm by White Labs. Thanks to the wonderful chemistry from a fellow alum of UCSD, David White, my wife and all our friends enjoy a gluten reduced beer that tastes geniune and awesome.
